These Payment Terms of Service (“Payment Terms”) govern all payments made through the SmashHub mobile application (“App”), operated by Next Sports Arena (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By making any payment through SmashHub, you agree to these Payment Terms.
1. Payment Services Overview
SmashHub allows users to make payments for:
- Table tennis table bookings
- Time slot reservations
- Tournament registrations
- Other club-related services offered within the App
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
SmashHub does not directly store or process your full financial information.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be made using approved payment methods available in the App, which may include:
- Mobile financial services
- Debit cards
- Credit cards
- Other digital payment methods supported by our payment providers
Available payment methods may vary depending on your location.
3. Payment Authorization
By making a payment, you authorize SmashHub and its payment providers to:
- Charge the specified amount
- Process the transaction
- Store limited transaction records for service and legal purposes
You agree that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when:
- Payment is successfully completed, and
- You receive booking confirmation within the App
If payment fails, the booking will not be confirmed.
5. Fees and Charges
Users agree to pay:
- The full amount shown at checkout
- Any applicable service fees (if displayed)
- Any applicable taxes required by law
All prices are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
6. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the club owner’s cancellation and refund policy.
Refunds may be issued if:
- The club cancels the booking
- The service cannot be provided
- Required by applicable law
Refunds may NOT be issued if:
- The user fails to attend the booking
- The user cancels outside the allowed cancellation period
- The booking was used or completed
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
7. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel bookings according to the club’s cancellation policy displayed in the App.
Cancellation terms may vary by club.
SmashHub is not responsible for refund decisions made by individual club owners.
8. Failed or Declined Payments
Payments may fail due to:
- Insufficient funds
- Payment provider issues
- Network or technical errors
- Fraud prevention checks
SmashHub is not responsible for failed payments caused by payment providers.
Users must retry payment using a valid payment method.
9. Payment Security
We use secure third-party payment processors.
SmashHub does NOT store:
- Credit card numbers
- Debit card numbers
- Financial account passwords
Payment providers are responsible for securing financial data.
10. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel suspicious transactions
- Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity
- Report fraudulent activity to authorities
Users engaging in fraud may be permanently banned.
