These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SmashHub mobile application (“App”), operated by Next Sports Arena (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using SmashHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

SmashHub is a sports club and player management platform that allows users to:

  • Create and manage player accounts
  • Book table tennis tables and time slots
  • Register for tournaments
  • Make payments for bookings
  • Allow club owners to manage clubs, bookings, and schedules

SmashHub acts as a platform connecting players and club owners.

We are not responsible for the physical operation, safety, or condition of any club facility.

2. Eligibility

To use SmashHub, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Not be prohibited from using digital services under applicable laws

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian permission.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Booking and Payments

4.1 Booking Responsibility

When you book a table, time slot, or tournament:

  • You agree to pay the displayed fees
  • You agree to follow club rules and policies

Bookings are subject to availability.

4.2 Payments

Payments made through SmashHub:

  • Must be completed through approved payment methods
  • Are processed securely through third-party payment providers

We do not store your credit or debit card details.

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies may depend on individual club policies.

SmashHub is not responsible for refunds unless required by law.

Users should contact the club owner regarding refunds.

5. Club Owner Responsibilities

Club owners using SmashHub agree to:

  • Provide accurate club information
  • Honor valid bookings
  • Maintain updated schedules
  • Provide agreed services to players

SmashHub is not responsible for disputes between players and club owners.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for illegal purposes
  • Provide false information
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the App
  • Interfere with other users
  • Use the App to commit fraud

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, such as:

  • Profile pictures
  • Profile information

By uploading content, you grant us permission to use it for operating the App.

You must not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Abuse or misuse occurs
  • Required by law

Users may request account deletion at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Sports Arena shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries occurring at sports clubs
  • Club service quality issues
  • Booking conflicts caused by clubs
  • Payment processing failures by third parties
  • Service interruptions

Use of SmashHub is at your own risk.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

  • Modify the App
  • Suspend features
  • Perform maintenance
  • Update functionality

Without prior notice.

11. Privacy

Your use of SmashHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

12. Intellectual Property

All SmashHub content including:

  • Logo
  • Design
  • Software
  • Features

Are owned by Next Sports Arena and protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

SmashHub may use third-party services including:

  • Payment providers
  • Cloud hosting
  • Analytics

We are not responsible for third-party services.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted in the App.

Continued use of SmashHub means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Termination by User

You may stop using SmashHub at any time.
